BOOKINGS

The rates for the Standard, Deluxe, and Cozy apartments for 1 to 5 people remain the same, even if fewer guests stay in the apartment than its maximum capacity. Discounts are only available when using vouchers or loyalty cards.

REFUNDS

No refunds are provided for booked and unused services.

VOUCHER

All Vouchers issued as prizes, greater than 50€, have a duration of 6 months from the time of issuance, the vouchers can be used only once with a minimum stay of 7 nights, if a voucher is used for a stay of less than 7 nights the same will be canceled after booking, losing 100% of the value of the Voucher and not being able to use it again.

SMOKING

According to national laws, smoking is prohibited in all apartments of Residence House Beach and in common areas. Smokers have the option to use the private balconies and terraces.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Guests can access their apartments at Residence House Beach from approximately 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, apartments should be vacated by 10:00 am. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm, please inform us by phone in advance.

LATE CHECK-OUT

Up on request and subject to availability, guests have the option to extend their stay at Residence House Beach until 6:00 pm on the day of departure for an additional fee of 90.00€.

DISCOUNTS AND REDUCTIONS

Discounts are applicable once per booking and guests are entitled to the best available offer at the time of booking. We recommend booking early to take advantage of any available offers on our website.

TRAIN AND FLIGHT TRAVEL

We offer a paid transfer service from the Barletta and Trinitapoli train stations as well as Bari Airport. The transfer service is available from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

PETS

Pets are welcome at Residence House Beach, but only with prior approval. A fee of 20.00 to 45.00€ per stay (excluding food) will be charged for accommodating pets. Please note that pets do not have access to public and private beaches. Residence House Beach reserves the right to charge any end-of-stay cleaning costs of 30.00 to 50.00€ to the debit or credit card provided at check-in. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS IN ACCOMMODATION

We are not responsible for any items left behind in the accommodation. If you discover that you have forgotten something after your departure and would like us to send it to you, please notify us within one week. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

BOOKING

Your booking will be considered confirmed and binding once we have received written confirmation from you and the necessary deposit has been paid.

DEPOSITS

A 30% deposit is required for each booked apartment. Please transfer the amount to the specified account. 

To make the payment, go to Book > Payment Method > Bank Transfer.

Alternatively, you can make the deposit on our website using a credit card by selecting Online Payment.

Please ensure to include the name of the booking holder and the duration of the stay when making the transfer.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Before embarking on your trip, it is advisable to protect yourself against unforeseen events. We recommend taking out travel insurance to be financially protected. In case of delayed departure, cancellation, or interruption of your stay, travel insurance covers the incurred costs. We strongly recommend purchasing such insurance to avoid unexpected expenses.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of a booking at Residence House Beach must be done in writing. There is no legal right of withdrawal according to consumer protection laws; however, we offer the following cancellation conditions. The following fees apply for a possible cancellation:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date: No refund.

To avoid such costs, we recommend taking out our affordable travel insurance.

PAYMENT METHODS

Residence House Beach accepts cash payments, Visa, and debit cards. American Express and Diners Club credit cards are not accepted as payment methods. Bank transfers are only accepted if payment is received before departure. Please note that, as in all of Italy, cash payments from EU citizens are only possible up to a maximum amount of 4,999.99 euros.
